Social Publisher Use Information

Social Publisher is a private tool operated by Cary Decker for accounts and media he authorizes. It is not an open public publishing service. Only authorized operators should connect accounts or submit content.

Operators remain responsible for reviewing media, captions, product selections, destinations, audience settings and schedules before approval, and for having permission to publish the content. Approving a post authorizes the selected publishing operation. Public publication is recorded only after the destination confirms it.

The tool depends on third-party platform availability, account eligibility, API permissions and service limits. Scheduling is not a guarantee of uninterrupted delivery. The application preserves publishing history and reports failures rather than treating an unverified upload as a successful public post.

Connecting a third-party service does not change that provider’s own terms or policies. No paid upgrade is automatically authorized by using the publisher.
